 HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER FROM IN STYLE BANGLES TAKE?

You should receive your order in 10 to 30 business days. Our products are shipped from our overseas supplier. Please be patient. Your order is processed within 2-5 days then sent out for shipping to your address using ePacket if supported by your country. If it is not, then in most cases China Post is used. If you would like alternative shipping methods, we can accommodate to suit your needs. Feel free to contact us for all your shipping questions. We are happy to answer all your concerns.

WHERE DOES MY ORDER COME FROM?

We have partnerships with our manufacturer based in China. Your order will be shipped secure direct from our supplier to your address indicated when you purchased your item from us. 

HOW ARE MY PACKAGE(S) SHIPPED?

Our manufacturer ships most packages using ePacket or China Post Air Mail. This keeps our costs down and we can pass the savings to our customers by offering FREE SHIPPING. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We currently ship to North America and most countries worldwide. Please check with us to see if we ship to your country. We are working hard to add new countries where we can offer FREE SHIPPING to our customers up to 2 pounds in weight. Multiple items can be shipped at a reduced flat rate to save our customers money on shipping. Please contact us if you would like to purchase a product from our store, and your country is not on our list. We would be happy to accommodate you as best as we can.

DO YOU PROVIDE A TRACKING CODE?

Yes. When your parcel leaves our manufacturer, ePacket delivery is used and you will be emailed a tracking code. Countries that are not on the ePacket service list of countries, in most cases China Post Air Mail is used and is reliable as any other country mail service. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing before you receive a code. Once your order is "tagged" for shipping, the tracking code will be generated and sent to your email. If you do not receive a code after 7 business days, please contact us. 

RETURNS

I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

If you are not satisfied with your product from In Style Bangles you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned undamaged, unworn, and in the original packaging to qualify. Please include your copy of proof of purchase. Please mail your return to our address:

I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM CAN I CALL OR EMAIL YOU?

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We can charge back your payment method when you purchased your item. Alternatively, you can instruct us how you would like your refund payment. PayPal, bank transfer, E-transfer etc.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?

It may take 4-7 business days for your return to reach In Style Bangles. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

No. We do not accept cash online. In Style Bangles sales representatives may accept cash when purchasing directly in person. 


DO YOU USE PAYPAL?


Yes we encourage PayPal payments. Your payment process will be directed to the PayPal website where you can purchase in safety and confidence.


DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?


Yes. We use PayPal for processing as one of the options during your check-out. PayPal allows you to use several well known credit cards for your payment.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE YOUR STORE?


No. When you pay for your order, No PayPal account is necessary. You may use your choice of credit cards to pay for your order.
